OnlyLaptop NZ provide the highest standard of quality for every laptops, PC, and computer accessories we sold. All items are covered by 30 days RTB, unless otherwise stated.


All items sold with a 30 days Return to Base warranty, unless otherwise stated and warranty issues must be notified within 30 days of receiving.

If received by freight or courier, please ensure no damage to box, before accepting item and opening. 

If you experience any problems/issuss with the item after receiving, that could be a warranty claim. Please inform us via email and we will repair/ replace/ refund your item accordingly to the policy your purchase. Warranty is non transferable.

Refurbished Laptop, PC, Server.

Cover is for Hardware only. Cover can only be repaired by OnlyLaptop or OnlyLaptop nominated partners. OnlyLaptop can’t be held responsible for any service charges outside of the policy obligation, by any third party, as all warranty is only accepted on return to base.

Warranty does not cover the wrong use of hardware, modification & wrong installation. Warranty is void once device / unit is opened. Complete units sold as working that are purchased for parts will not be covered under the warranty. Warranty does not cover laptop batteries.

No warranty on Software

OnlyLaptop offers no warranty for software, operating systems, applications, updates, patches, viruses, malware, software scams, client usage, software corruption or user neglect, and holds the rights to charge in full for any warranty claims that are caused by these issues.


Returns need email notice within 15 days of receipt.

Warranty and Returns

All warranty and returns are to be returned to OnlyLaptop in the same condition as they were sold. Under New Zealand law it is up to the buyer, to return the item to the place of the seller, to fulfill warranty claim.
